Real De Minas Poliforum Hotel Leon, Leon

The hotel is well located near shops, bars, a football stadium, and the bus station. The rooms were nice but felt a bit cold. The service was superb and went the extra mile. The location is the hotel's best feature, being near Feria 2015 and the stadium, but noise from partying guests was a downside. The dining experience was pleasant with a variety of options. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a good experience overall.

The hotel has a convenient location directly across the street from the main entrance to the Polyforum trade shows. The rooms are clean and well-kept, but look old and dirty with a smoke smell. The staff is friendly but struggles with English, and I had difficulty communicating in Spanish. The dining options are quite expensive, and although the location is ideal for business in Leon, you might end up with an unattractive room. The hotel offers a laundry service but is not suitable for big overland vehicles due to the parking garage size limitations.

The hotel had some drawbacks like extremely dirty rooms with hard beds and a rusty shower nozzle, but the easy access to the pool and friendly staff were positives. The proximity to a loud power substation and a slightly prison-like feel were minor issues.
